Who is processing your data?

What is the purpose of processing data?
The processing of your data allows us to provide services, including maintaining the Account, carrying out your orders, contact related to the performance of the contract, if you participated in the recruitment process, personal data will be processed for purposes related to the conclusion and implementation of the employment contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.

In particular, your personal data is processed:
a) in order to perform the contract for the provision of services (including, inter alia, billing, communication related to the provision of services, communication via the contact form). The basis for processing is the necessity to perform the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). If, during registration or when using the Account, you provided us with any data, the provision of which was optional (e.g. by filling in an optional field in the form), the basis for their processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR); The processing of your data for this purpose takes place only if you have an Account;
b) to handle complaints and any other claims. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of POKÓJ S.E. (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in securing information on cooperation (including, among others, the history of your orders, communication with us and payments) in order to handle any claims;
c) for analytical or statistical purposes. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of POKÓJ S.E. (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in the use of financial and sales analyzes for the purposes of internal reporting and determining the optimal directions of our development;

Your personal data will be processed in an IT environment, which means that they may also be temporarily stored and processed in order to ensure the security and proper functioning of IT systems, e.g. in connection with backing up, testing changes in IT systems, detecting irregularities or protecting against abuse and attacks.

If you leave a comment on our website, you will be able to choose the option of saving your name, e-mail address and website address in cookies, thanks to which the above information will be conveniently completed when writing further comments. These cookies expire after a year.
If you have an account and log in to this site, we will create a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When logging in, we additionally create several cookies needed to save your login information and selected screen options. Login cookies expire after two days, and screen options expire after a year. If you select “Remember me”, the login will expire after two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you modify or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data, simply pointing to the identifier of the just edited article. It expires after 1 day.
We will also use cookies to track the contents of your basket while browsing our website.

How long do we store your data?
For users who have registered on our website (if any), we store the personal information entered in the profile. Each user can view, amend or delete their personal information at any time (except the username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract. In addition, after termination of the contract, your data will be stored due to the obligations arising from accounting and tax regulations, for their duration, and for reasons of legal security, until any claims are time-barred. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your data is consent, your data will be processed until it is withdrawn (information on the basis of processing can be found above in the section “What is the purpose of processing data?”). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. Who do we share your data with?
In connection with the services that external entities provide to POKÓJ S.E, these entities may gain access to your personal data to the extent necessary for the implementation of these services. These entities include IT service and system providers, postal operators and couriers.
If you have participated in the recruitment process, if necessary, the data provided by you will be made available to entities providing health services, entities organizing training (raising professional qualifications, obtaining qualifications in the field of occupational health and safety), entities dealing with facility security, IT system, insurance companies and other entities authorized under the law
The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

What are your rights?
In connection with the processing by POKÓJ S.E. of your data, you have a number of rights:
a) you can obtain information on how and to what extent we process your data and additionally a copy of your personal data. If your request includes a copy of the data, you will help us by indicating a copy of the data you would like to receive. POKÓJ S.E. may charge a fee for the second and subsequent copies, of which you will be notified. The amount of the fee will correspond to the cost of its preparation;
b) you can request the correction of your data (if it has been incorrectly saved or if it has changed), its deletion (if there is no basis for POKÓJ SE to process it) or restriction of processing (if you want POKÓJ SE to process your data only to a limited extent, pending your objection or request for data rectification, and also if you want the data to be stored in connection with your claims);
c) you can request the transfer of your data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can provide the received data yourself to the administrator of your choice. In addition, if it is technically possible, while maintaining appropriate security standards, we can do it for you at your request; in the event that the processing of your data by POKÓJ S.E. is based on a legitimate interest, you can object to such processing (information on the basis of processing can be found above in the section
“What is the purpose of processing data?”. If you think that our processing of your data violates your rights, tell us about it. We do our best to respond to the comments and suggestions of our Users. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body [in Poland - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (known as the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection until May 25, 2018)].
